The base of the Cookies & Cream Fudge Bomb is a chocolate cookie crust with a molten chocolate lava cake on top. On top of the lava cake is a cookies & cream opera fudge, which is then dipped in chocolate. Garnished with chocolate cookies & cream crumbles and a drizzle of white chocolate.
